This reply e-mail means your seat is already occupied. You don't need to download an Exchange Pass and only need to verify your ID at the venue at 10/4.

At the date of 10/4, please bring your ID (a copy of passport would be fine) when you get the Ticket booth at Seoul World Cup Stadium North Gate. Then please present your ID to our staff and finally you will get 1 admission ticket. Ticket for foreigner can be used only one(1) person. .(* If you have your party, we should send us their information also because one(1) ticket is only for one(1) person)

For further information, we will notice as per "The result of ticket application" in September12th on the website www.asf.or.kr.
